We’ve freed our Originators, removed the layers between them and Senior Leadership, and have given them the freedom to run their business the way it makes sense for them and their local markets.
Why do we do this? We understand that what works for one Branch, might not cut it for another. That is why at Supreme:
- Our Branch Managers set their own margins
- Our Branch Managers set their own compensation for their LOs
- Our Price Exceptions are handled at the local level rather than a regional or area level
We also have Branch Support and dedicated Loan Officer Recruiters, so even with all of the liberty to choose, our Branches are never left unsupported.
