Whether it’s a customer or associate, service is our top priority. We have a dedicated Branch Support hotline available to our associates and a Servicing Department to assist borrowers even if their loan is no longer with Supreme Lending. Both departments answer the phone in less than 15 seconds.

President’s Club

We reward our top loan officers and operations associates for achieving high-level production each year with an all-inclusive, all-expense paid trip to a 5-star resort.  Previous destinations have included: The Bahamas, Riviera Maya, San Jose del Cabo, and Cancun.

Sales Rally

We host a 3-day event annually that is open to all branch associates focused on personal and professional development.  The event includes time for fun and networking as well as nationally renowned speakers and peer-to-peer forums.

We’ve freed our Originators

We’ve freed our Originators, removed the layers between them and Senior Leadership, and have given them the freedom to run their business the way it makes sense for them and their local markets.

Why do we do this? We understand that what works for one Branch, might not cut it for another. That is why at Supreme:

  • Our Branch Managers set their own margins
  • Our Branch Managers set their own compensation for their LOs
  • Our Price Exceptions are handled at the local level rather than a regional or area level

We also have Branch Support and dedicated Loan Officer Recruiters, so even with all of the liberty to choose, our Branches are never left unsupported.
